Owner-operators within the Petrobahia network have access to a broad range of company support in several areas- from studies in the viability of the implementation of a new station, to commercial and environmental guidance offered in day-to-day operations, even up to equipment maintenance. Sales Department

The work carried out by our Sales Department is one of the ways in which Petrobahia differentiates itself. Petrobahia maintains close contact between the owner-operator and the company, which is reflected in a relationship characterized by confidence, flexibility, ability to provide solutions, and by understanding each client’s needs. This work includes activities such as studies in the economic-financial viability for the implementation of business and in business growth, and consulting in the development of Stations in the network. Moreover, in its day-to-day operations, an owner-operator with Petrobahia receives support from Sales Consultants who make periodic visits, offering specialized advice in managing your station. The owner-operator also has access to important support and enhancement tools such as: the Dedication to Quality Program, which certifies the quality of the fuel; the Station Attendant Training Program, which fine-tunes the service for the station’s customers; and our Feedback Center, which receives, directs and seeks solutions to any challenges or difficulties that clients in the network find.

Design and Environmental Department

Petrobahia owner-operators have the support of a team of architects, engineers and technicians who work toward the development of projects related to Stations within the network. Their work aims to optimize and/or adapt the structure of each Station, monitoring the construction, modification, or expansion of the business. Toward this end, the entire team is trained and specialized in various aspects of the service Stations, basing their work on the knowledge and experience developed by the company concerning issues of compliance with environmental standards.

  • Electrical Systems in an explosive atmosphere;
  • Environmental protection and legislation;
  • Security and emergency procedures.

Maintenance Department

The Petrobahia network is comprised of over 150 Stations, and each Station is maintained in excellent working condition through the constant work of a team specializing in Station maintenance. Every member of the team is a trained professional who offers technical assistance in the various regions where Petrobahia Stations are located. This service includes periodic visits with the goal of preventing complications and guaranteeing the efficient functioning of equipment in the network stations.

Legal Department

Petrobahia’s legal department has a broad understanding of the issues that come into play in the fuel and petroleum industry. Therefore, our legal team is at the disposal of our owner-operators whenever necessary in order to clarify certain procedures or to offer guidance in the preparation of appeals, claims or other legal actions.
